Straight-through airflow

Aligned inlet and outlet ports work with a scroll passage to move air. For longer ducts, select airflow and static pressure based on resistance, not the product name alone.

Side access for servicing

A side panel gives access to the motor and impeller. The metal housing has a coated finish. Keep the service side accessible.

Airflow when the fan stops

The documentation describes a backdraft damper that opens during operation and returns when stopped to reduce reverse airflow. Confirm the actual damper and installation direction for the model.
